Prices are quoted in pound sterling and exclusive of VAT.
Select the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ option to check the contents of your basket and proceed to pay, Please ensure that all details including your delivery address are correct before confirming your order and processing payment. Payment can be made by Direct Bank Transfer.
For your protection, all transactions are made via Paypal’s secure online servers. We do not store any credit card details. On receipt of your completed order, we will send you an email to confirm your details.
We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. Orders that are required the next working day (Excluding weekends) need to be received by 2pm. To ensure that your order is processed quickly please select the next day delivery option at checkout (For which there is an additional charge).
Standard delivery times are 3-5 working days from the receipt of the order. If in doubt please contact us prior to confirming your order.

You have the ability to edit the shipping address, as long as your order has not been processed. Just go to your ‘Order History’ select the order, and click on the “Edit Shipping Address” link to update.
If your order has been processed, you will not be able to change your shipping address via the website. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast.
However, you can try calling any changing the shipping address over the phone as long as the item has not already been dispatched, we will do our best to update the details for you.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been Dispatched.
